Our rooms range in price from $90 - $129 per night double occupancy and include a full breakfast, but do not include State or Local taxes. A $15 charge will be added for each additional guest.

A credit card number is required to hold the room. Because of our size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we strictly adhere to a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy for full refunds. Any cancellations less than fourteen (14) days will be charged the full room rate for all reserved days.

Smoking:
We provide a smoke free environment

Check-in:
Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. Please advise us if you will be arriving later than 8 pm or you would like to check-in earlier than 3pm.

Check-out:
Check-out is 11 am.

Children:
Our goal is to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our guests. We therefore ask our guests to seek prior approval before bringing children under the age of 12 years.

Discounts:
One discount per guest per room. If eligible for more than one discount, only the highest one will be applied.

Pets:
We have an outside kennel for medium to large dogs at no extra charge.
